Books: The USA, by Alison Baxter

This is a book about the United States of America, where we find stories about the origins of the country, its music, food, cities, etc.


Julieta Zapata (NI1-A) read it and she thought it was "good". She particularly loved the section about music, where we can read about the beginnings of music styles such as blues, soul, jazz and rap. Her favourite "character" in the book is Amerigo Vespucci. The continent was named after him.
