Funny, but sad at the same time, because of how true it is, unfortunately.
Tip: in "classic English" it would be "Intermediate English", rather than "medium". But of course, it's written in the local variety "Inglés - Nivel Medio" ;), so I guess it makes sense like that.
Yes...This "language" has its own expressions... I think most people have ever been at this level...but I hope that gradually we are able to make it disappear and we only use the Intermediate English... an the Medium English is a legend.
